Where can I find American Sign Language (ASL) classes?

You can find ASL classes through local colleges, community centers for the deaf, or online. The National Association of the Deaf (NAD) provides guidance on finding classes in your area. Other good options include state schools for the deaf, speech and hearing centers, the American Sign Language Teachers Association (ASLTA), and state offices or commissions that serve deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
