Where can students find online tools and assessments to help with transition planning?

NDC has compiled a collection of online transition assessments, life-skills checklists, and planning tools to help deaf youth explore interests, build skills, and prepare for life after high school.

These resources can be used at home or online to:

• Learn more about personal strengths, interests, and goals
• Practice skills related to school, work, and independent living
• Identify next steps for college, training, or employment

Students and families can use the checklists on their own or together, and revisit them over time as goals and needs change.
